學歷 •美國加州理工學院物理博士(1988/09-1993/06) •國立台灣大學物理學士(1982/10-1986/06) 現職與經歷 現職: 國立清華大學物理系教授 (2002/08- ) 國立清華大學講座教授 (2020/02- ) 經歷: • 國立清華大學特聘教授 (2018/08- 2020/01) •國立清華大學物理系副教授(1996/08-2002/07) •國立中正大學物理系副教授(1995/08-1996/07) •University of Virginia, USA 物理系Postdoc(1993/06-1995/07)   研究興趣與成果 Updated on September 3, 2018 我的主要的研究領域為理論凝聚態物理,最近主要的研究興趣是探討物質的拓墣性質,特別是在電子系統中拓墣與強關聯的交錯表現,這包括拓墣近藤絕緣體與半金屬的形成,以及幾何形狀的拓墣對超導的影響。我們最近的工作說明了特過近藤效應與溫度的相關,近藤絕緣體可以經過一個有限溫度的費米子臨界點,另外,我們也證明了拓墣超導可以透過薄拓墣絕緣體的上下面之超導配對形成,這些工作可說是我目前主要研究課題的代表。
