个人简介

向钢,物理学院副院长。兰州大学学士(1998)、硕士(2001),美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学博士(2006)。 长期从事半导体材料及器件的研究,在新型半导体材料、微纳磁体与其他固态量子结构中的自旋电子学和电子学研究方面做了一些工作。已在Nature、Physical Review Letters、Advanced Functional Materials、Advanced Electronic Materials、Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters、Applied Physics Letters、Physical Review B等期刊发表论文60余篇,获得国家发明专利授权4项。作为负责人已主持国家重点研发课题1项、国家自然科学基金3项、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、四川大学优秀青年科研基金等10余项。曾获得四川省青年科技奖(2015)、四川大学首届青年科技人才奖(2015),入选四川省学术与技术带头人(2015-2021)。现为《半导体学报》编辑委员会编委。 已主编一本《热学》教程,并入选科学出版社普通高等教育“十三五”规划教材。曾获得唐立新教学名师奖(2014)。 现招收硕士生、博士生及博士后。 Gang Xiang, Professor and Vice Dean of College of Physics at Sichuan University. Ph. D (2006), Pennsylvania State University; B.S. (1998)/M. S. (2001), Lanzhou University. His main research interests are in semiconductor materials and devices, and he has done some work in spintronics and electronics in new types of semiconductors, micro- and nano-magnets and other solid quantum structures. He has published more than 60 journal papers and obtained 4 national invention patents. His research has been supported by various foundations including National Key Research and Development Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China, New Century Talent Project of Ministry of Education of China and Young Talent Project of Sichuan University. He was awarded Science and Technology Award for Youth in Sichuan Province (2015) and Tang Li-xin Teacher Award (2014). He is one of the editorial members of Journal of Semiconductors. Recent Research Interests: Magnetic Semiconductor and Spintronic Micro- and Nano-devices Research Assistant positions available for Ph. D students.
