哈明虎,男,回族,1963年11月生,河北肃宁人,哈尔滨工业大学数学系基础数学专业毕业,研究生学历,博士学位,哈尔滨建筑大学一般力学博士后,哈尔滨工业大学管理科学与工程博士后,中共党员,教授,博士生导师,“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选,省管优秀专家,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
