个人简介
孙晓鸥,辽宁人,博士毕业于南开大学生命科学学院遗传学与细胞生物学专业(师从周军教授),主要从事微管相关蛋白在细胞活动及相关疾病中的功能和分子机制研究,期间参与973 计划“调控细胞增殖与细胞凋亡的分子机制研究”、国家自然基金重点项目“微管结合蛋白EB1 磷酸化的调控及功能研究”和国家自然基金重大研究计划“基于化学小分子的细胞增殖信号通路和肿瘤发病机制研究及其在肿瘤治疗上的应用”等项目,研究结果分别发表在The Journal of Biological Chemistry、The Journal of Pathology、Cell Cycle、Theranostics、Plos One 等杂志上。毕业后在美国emory 大学病理学与实验药学专业进行博士后培养,主要从事于溶酶体酶AEP的转录调控以及AEP 酶作用于其底物蛋白在脑卒中和神经退行性疾病中的生物学功能和相关分子机制的研究。自2014年回国以来,致力于心脑血管疾病的致病机制的研究,基于博士后工作的积累和后期研究获得了国家自然科学基金青年基金的支持并已有文章发表,近年来在心肌缺血和心肌肥大的致病和治疗机制方面的研究也取得了阶段性成果。2017年10月入职广东工业大学,被聘为青年百人,主持广东工业大学人才项目1项。

研究领域
心脑血管疾病
目前主要从事细胞生物学、分子生物学与生物化学等领域的教学与科研工作。研究领域包括:神经退行性疾病、中风和衰老等疾病的分子机制,特异性蛋白切割在神经元损伤中的作用及分子机制,细胞骨架与疾病等。
