2019年毕业于荷兰蒂尔堡大学，获法学博士学位（国际环境法方向）
工作经历：
2019年12月至今 广东工业大学“青年百人计划”引进讲师
项目情况：
2018年中国法学会部级法学研究课题“《巴黎协定》遵约机制研究——以传承、发展与未来完善为中心”（已结项），主研人员；
2018年国家社科基金青年项目“气候治理的‘逆全球化’态势与国际法应对研究”（在研），主研人员；
2013年国家社科基金一般项目“生态安全犯罪对策研究”（已结项），参与人；
2012年山东大学自主创新基金项目“涉两岸的海上侵权争端解决机制研究”（已结项），参与人；
2012年《山东省辐射污染防治条例》立法评估课题研究（已结项），参与人。
