个人简历 2002.09-2006.06盐城师范学院本科 2006.09-2009.03南京航空航天大学硕士 2009.11-2014.09芬兰阿尔托（Aalto）大学博士 2014.10-2016.09瑞典乌普萨拉（Uppsala）大学博士后 2016.10-至今南京邮电大学理学院主要成果主要研究反推(Inference)问题，其中包括： 1. 对动态伊辛模型中相互作用的重构方法研究（如平均场方法以及由数据驱动的最大似然法）及其在复杂系统（如大脑神经元网络以及股票交易网络等）中的应用。这些研究结果发表在Physical Review E、Physical Review Letters以及Journal of Statistical Mechanics: Theory and Experiment等期刊上。 2. 利用机器学习以及统计学习方法反推两组高维图像（如鱼脑的CT扫描图像）中可能存在重大差异的大脑区域，旨在揭示在不同选择条件（自然选择/人工选择）对鱼脑各个子区域演化的影响。这些研究结果将发表在影响力较高的杂志期刊上。研究项目 1. 国家自然科学基金重点项目，10635040，基于复杂网络的复杂系统动力学及统计行为的研究，2007/01-2009/12, 150万元，已结题，参与。 2. 芬兰杰出教授项目，129024，统计物理，分布系统和计算生物，2008/10-2013/12，56万欧元，已结题，参与。 3.
