个人简介

唐雄贵, 男,1974年出生,2006年6月获得四川大学光学专业博士学位。2006年7月至2014年3月在电子科技大学光电信息学院从事教学科研工作,2014年4月-至今在湖南师范大学物理与信息科学学院从事教学科研工作。目前主要从事微纳光子器件、集成光电功能器件与系统、新型光电功能材料与器件等方面的研究。主持和作为主研人员参与国家自然科学基金项目、863项目、总装预研项目、中央高校基本业务费项目等十余项。近年来在国内外重要学术刊物如Optics Express、Journal of Quantum Electronics、Optics Communication、Microelectronic Engineering、Chinese Optics Letters、物理学报等上发表论文60余篇,其中SCI论文20篇以上。申请国家发明专利10余项,其中获得授权4项。 学术贡献 1. 微纳光子器件; 2. 集成光电功能器件与系统; 3. 新型光电功能材料与器件; 4. 量子成像; 教学情况 讲授的课程有《大学物理》、《普通物理实验》、《信息光学》、《应用光学》等 承担课题 1. 国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,新型可调微透镜实现方法及技术研究,2010.1-2012.12,23万,负责人; 2. 中央高校基本科研业务费项目,可调控波导型光功率分束器研究, 2011.11-2014.11, 8万,负责人; 3. 电子科技大学青年科技基金项目,一种新型全光编码技术研究,2008.1-2009.12,1.8万,负责人; 4. 国家高技术研究发展计划(863项目),全光模数转换方法及关键技术研究,2007.7-2009.12,100万,第二负责人; 5. 国家自然科学基金重点项目,高速(微波)信号的光学模/数转换方法与关键技术研究,2008.1-2011.12,180万,主研; 6. 总装十一五预研项目,XXX阵列电光调制器,2006.1-2010.12,200万,主研; 7. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,厚层光致抗蚀剂光刻术研究,2003.1-2005.12,24万,主研; 8. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,大口径衍射光学元件集成新技术研究,2004.1-2006.12,28万,主研; 9. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,基于光子晶体光纤的高精度全光量化基础研究,2011.1-2013.12,37万,主研; 10. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,石墨烯锁模光纤激光器中的孤子动力学研究,2011.1-2013.12,72万,主研;
