个人简介

周本良,凝聚态物理学博士,2017年晋升副高。主要从事介观纳米体系量子输运研究,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项,湖南省自然科学基金青年项目一项,作为主要人员参与国家自然科学基金面上项目多项。最近几年以第一作者身份在J. Phys.: Condens. Matter、J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys.、J. Appl. Phys.等本专业国际主流期刊发表论文十余篇,据Web of Science有记载共被引近200次。 学术贡献 1.低维介观纳米体系量子输运; 2.新型二维材料及其纳米结构量子输运。 教学情况 本科教学:普通物理实验 研究生教学:介观输运理论 承担课题 1.磷烯纳米条带的热电性质及调控研究,国家自然科学基金(青年)项目(No. 11704118), 2018.1-2020.12,主持; 2.黑磷纳米条带电子结构与输运性质及调控研究,湖南省自然科学基金(青年)项目(No. 2017JJ3210), 2017.1-2019.12,主持。
