个人简介

周小英,男,1988年出生于湖南,凝聚态物理学博士,主要从事低维介观纳米体系量子结构物理研究。以第一作者或合作者身份在 Nature Nanotechnology, Physical Review B, Nano Letters, 2D Materials, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Physics-Condensed Matter 等本领域主流期刊上发表论文十余篇,据Web of Science有记载共被引290余次。入选2018年度博士后创新人才支持计划,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目。现为 Physical Review B,Nanotechnology审稿人。 学习经历 2007-2011年,湖南师范大学,物理学,本科; 2011-2014年,湖南师范大学,凝聚态物理学,硕士; 2014-2017年,中国科学院半导体研究所,凝聚态物理学,博士。 工作经历 2017年7月至今,湖南师范大学物理与电子科学学。 教学情况 概率论与数理统计 承担课题 1. 入选2018博士后创新人才支持计划,No. BX20180097,2018/07-2020/07; 2. 主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,半狄拉克电子磁输运与磁光性质理论研究,No. 11804092,2019/01-2021/12; 3. 参与国家自然科学基金面上项目,二维材料黑磷输运及光学性质的理论研究,No.61674145,2017/01-2020/12; 4. 参与国家自然科学基金面上项目,极性超薄半导体量子阱非线性光学性质理论研究,No.11574303,2016/01-2019/12; 5. 参与国家自然科学基金面上项目,基于拓扑绝缘体表面/边缘态纳米结构量子输运及调控研究,No.11274108,2013/01-2016/12。 获奖情况 2017年度中国科学院半导体研究所所长奖学金; 2016年度量子信息与量子科技前沿协同创新中心“研究部一等奖”; 2016年湖南省优秀硕士学位论文; 2012年硕士研究生国家奖学金。
