个人简介

周光辉 男,1956年7月出生于湖南,理学博士;主要从事介观纳米体系与低维量子结构物理研究;20多年来承担本科生《固体物理》和研究生《固体理论》、《介观物理》及《纳米电子学》等课程的教学和研究生培养工作,其中《固体理论》10多年来岳麓山下近邻大学物理及材料专业研究生有50多人次傍听;至今已培养指导8名博士生和17名硕士生毕业,现指导在读博士和硕士研究生各3名。 1981年底湖南师范学院(现湖南师范大学)毕业获学士学位后留校任教;1985.9-88.2单位公派到加拿大Simon Fraser大学物理系做访问学者和读研究生获M.Sc学位,主要从事金属氧化物固体薄膜的实验研究,回国后继续进行过一段时间固体薄膜实验研究工作,后因受条件等因素的限制于90年代末期开始转向凝聚态物理及纳米电子学与分子电子学理论方面的研究至今;1992年晋升副教授,1996年晋升教授,1999年在内蒙古大学理论物理专业(在职)获博士学位;曾访问意大利ICTP、瑞典Chalmers University of Technology、新加坡国立大学与南洋理工大学和香港科技大学。 曾负责/参加多项国家自然科学基金、科技部国际合作项目和教育部博士学科点基金及湖南省自然科学基金项目的研究,共在Phys. Rev. B、Appl. Phys. Lett./J. Appl. Phys.、J. Chem. Phys.、J. Phys. Chem. B/C、J. Phys.: Conden. Matt.、Carbon、Nanotechnology等专业领域国际主流期刊上发表相关研究论文70余篇,据Web of Science有记载共被他引780 多次(其中约2/3为国际引用,单篇他引最高68次),近几年来共有18篇论文入选APS虚拟刊物Nanoscale Science & Technology;现为Phys. Rev. B、Appl. Phys. Lett./J. Appl. Phys.、J. Phys.: Conden.
