研究领域

主要从事低维材料的理论研究,利用高性能并行计算机和vasp软件包模拟研究低维材料的物性,探讨材料的结构形貌、性质及其相互关系,为低维材料在实际应用中提供一定的指导。研究方向包括: 1. 二维半导体材料光电性质的研究; 2. 电场和掺杂对拓扑晶态绝缘体电子结构和磁性影响的理论研究;
