个人简介

高华声教授自复旦大学泛海国际金融学院2017年6月开办以来任金融学教授、副院长(主管科研和教授事务)。在他2017年6月全职返回中国任教以前担任新加坡南洋理工大学商学院金融学终身教授。 高华声教授致力于劳动力市场、社会文化因素对宏观金融、投资和资本市场影响的跨学科研究。其研究揭示了劳动力市场的流动性、包容性和宜居性对金融决策的影响机制,刻画出企业最大化人力资本价值的策略,总结出人力资本对企业价值的提升规律。他的主要学术贡献包括:(1)揭示了“以获取人才为目的的企业兼并收购”,“以留住人才为目的的企业财务操纵”,“人才流动下的高管薪酬策略”等企业应对人才竞争的决策规律; (2)揭示了劳动力市场包容性和宜居性提升企业价值的机制,将同性恋权益、工作场所禁烟、婴儿性别比例、区域宜居程度、男女投资者对性犯罪的宽容程度、市场对于运气的观念、CEO的出生月份等元素引入到金融领域,拓展了金融学的研究边界; (3) 刻画出非上市企业和上市企业决策的异质特征,弥补了投资领域对非上市企业研究的不足。高华声教授先后在金融学、会计学、管理学的国际顶级期刊《Journal of Financial Economics》、《Management Science》、《Journal of Accounting and Economics》、《Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis》等发表论文20余篇。其研究成果多次被《华尔街日报》、《经济学人》、《纽约时报》等媒体报道, 并获得中国金融国际年会(CICF)最佳论文奖(2011)、美国东部金融年会最佳论文奖(2013)、中国财务与会计学术年会最佳论文奖 (2018)、以及上海金融业改革发展优秀研究成果奖(2020)。其撰写的商业案例获得上海市金融硕士优秀教学案例奖(2019)。 高华声教授目前担任国际知名学术杂志《Corporate Governance: An International Review》(公司治理国际评论)的主编,《复旦金融评论》执行主编,并承担《Review of Financial Studies》、《Management Science》、《Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis》等多个国际顶级期刊、国家自然科学基金会、美国国家自然基金会、香港研究资助局、新加坡教育部等学术机构的外部评审工作。高华声教授兼任上海证券交易所、中国金融期货交易所等机构的博士后导师,参与科创板上市与交易规则、A股价格发现机制、金融期货收盘价计算方法等机制设计与政策制定。高华声教授与友邦保险、安信信托、信之也学社等机构合作指导其开展家族传承、信托养老、财富管理方面的研究。 高华声教授于2009年获得英属哥伦比亚大学(University of British Columbia)尚德商学院(Sauder School of Business)金融学博士学位;2003年从上海交通大学获得本科学位。
