个人简介

理学博士,教授(二级)、特聘教授、博士生导师。现任山东大学物理学院院长,晶体材料国家重点实验室副主任。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者(2009),入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”(2008),享受政府特殊津贴专家(2010),入选国家百千万人才工程(有突出贡献中青年专家,2019),英国物理学会(IOP)会士,美国光学学会(OSA)高级会员,国际光学工程学会(SPIE)高级会员,德国洪堡学者。目前担任中国物理学会理事、山东物理学会理事长、山东省光学工程学会副理事长,Chin. Opt. Lett. 副主编(Deputy Editor),Opt. Engineering副编辑(Associate Editor)、Sci. Rep.编委、《物理》编委。研究方向为光学晶体波导、离子束材料改性、飞秒激光微加工、波导激光、微纳光子学结构等。先后主持国家、省部级科研项目近20项。作为第一完成人获高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(自然科学)二等奖1项,山东省自然科学二等奖1项。发表SCI收录论文300余篇,先后有7篇论文获选为ESI高被引论文,有10篇论文被期刊遴选为封面或者卷首页,有5篇论文被期刊评为研究亮点或通讯报道,一篇论文被选为2014年度中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文,并连续入选2014-2019年度中国高被引学者榜单(物理学和天文学)。撰写学术专著一部,由Springer-Nature出版集团出版。在国际学术会议上做主旨报告、邀请报告60余次,在近十个国际、国内的系列学术会议(如CLEO、CLEO-Europe、CIOP等)上担任组织者(各种委员会委员、分会主席等),担任50余种SCI期刊的审稿工作,以及SNSF、ANR、ARC等多个国外科学研究基金会的项目评审工作。曾获“大众报业杯”山东高校十大优秀教师、山东省优秀青年知识分子标兵、山东省优秀研究生指导教师、山东大学优秀教师、山东大学优秀研究生指导教师、山东大学研究生“我心目中的好导师”等荣誉称号。指导的研究生学位论文中,有2篇获得全国光学博士学位论文优秀提名论文,6篇获得山东省优秀博士学位论文,6篇获得山东大学优秀博士学位论文;指导的学生2人获得中国光学学会“王大珩”学生光学奖。

研究领域

(1)离子束材料改性与晶体光波导制备:研究利用载能离子束技术对功能材料进行改性,探索相关的物理机制,研究相关的性质(特别是光学效应);利用载能离子束技术制备各种功能晶体波导结构。 (2)飞秒激光微加工在材料改性与微纳结构制备中的应用:利用超快激光直写、扫描技术对光学材料进行微纳加工,研制、研发各种微纳光子学结构、器件。 (3)介电晶体中纳米结构材料的合成与光学性质:介电材料的离子束合成,表面等离激元效应,非线性光学效应,饱和吸收特性及其在超快激光产生中的应用。 (4)波导阵列、光子晶格等微结构中的非线性现象:在定制的光子学结构中研究光的各种非线性光学现象,如光孤子等。 (5)波导激光与波导放大器:波导平台中的激光器和放大器。 (6)小型量子信息器件:集成量子光源、量子芯片等。 (7)显微光谱技术的应用:共聚焦微荧光、拉曼在生命科学、材料科学中的应用等。
