个人简介

张军,男,教授,博士,江西省青年井冈学者,江西省百千万人才工程入选者。现为赣南师范大学硕士生导师,中科院华南植物园博士研究生导师,国家脐橙工程技术研究中心博士后科研工作站合作导师。主持完成国家自然科学基金、江西省科技厅及教育厅等省厅级项目多项。现主要从事天然源活性物质开发利用研究。 本课题组招生园艺学方向硕士研究生,招生天然产物化学博士研究生(与中国科学院华南植物园联合培养)。招聘具有天然产物化学、农产品加工、园艺资源综合开发利用等研究背景的博士后。同时,课题组也欢迎优秀本科生加入,开展创新创业教育实践。

研究领域

1、 柑橘资源综合开发利用研究:主要开展a)赣南脐橙品质分析、橙汁加工关键技术研究; b)赣南脐橙皮渣、落果等脐橙资源的活性物质开发利用研究; c)赣南脐橙贮藏保鲜研究;d)南康甜柚、井冈蜜柚、马家柚、南丰蜜桔等江西特色柑橘的加工贮藏及资源高值化开发利用研究。 2、天然活性分子的发掘利用研究:综合运用微生物发酵工程、现代分离分析及化学生物学先进技术,从中草药、特色植物及微生物次级代谢产物中发掘天然活性分子,评价其在药品、食品及日化产品中的应用潜能,开发天然药物、天然源农药以及天然功能保健食品。
