个人简介
张然,博士,副教授,博士生导师。主要从事仿生微传感器及微执行器、微纳米制造技术、柔性机构学研究。中国微米纳米技术学会微纳米制造及装备分会秘书,大连市高层次人才青年才俊,《Optics Express》、《IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology》、《Bioinspiration & Biomimetics》等国际期刊审稿专家。提出跨尺度自适应崎岖表面大面积复杂纳米结构集成方法,基于等离子灰化技术的单层纳米金属光栅制作方法,实现了高精度微纳仿生偏振敏感器件的集成制造。提出基于机构类型综合与伪刚体概念的柔性机构系统设计方法,基于该方法在国内首次开发出多种新型毫米级最小构件尺寸微米级电驱动柔性微机械手,成功实现细胞操作。主持国家及省部级科研项目7项。作为骨干成员,参与国家973计划项目、国防创新特区项目、总装预研项目、国际合作项目等13项。发表学术论文50余篇,SCI检索30余篇。授权国家发明专利10余项,参编学术著作1部,获得日内瓦国际发明博览会银奖1项。
