个人简介

研究领域

光学成像技术在人类探索和发现未知世界奥秘的活动中扮演着重要的角色。大到宇宙,小到分子,看得更清楚是人们不断追求的目标。但受限于光的衍射特性,传统光学系统的空间分辨率存在瑞利-阿贝物理极限。突破这个极限成为当今光学领域公认的一个重大科学问题。同时,在对微观世界的探索过程中,在看得更清楚这个前提下,人们还希望对显微镜下看到的微小物体进行主动的精密操纵,即“看得清,摸得到”。光镊作为这样一种新型微操纵技术,已被广泛应用于各种微观研究。近年来,在国家自然基金委优秀青年基金项目“单分子操控与显微成像技术”等项目的资助下,研究团队对突破衍射极限的超分辨细胞成像和三维彩色显微成像,特殊光束捕获等问题进行了系统的研究并取得了一系列高水平研究成果。
