个人简介

黄博士主要从事信号处理和最优化理论与算法研究工作。曾在香港科技大学,香港中文大学,意大利那不勒斯“腓特烈二世”大学等学校以博士后,副研究员,访问研究员等身份从事研究工作。已在IEEE杂志上发表22篇论文,其中包括信号处理国际顶级杂志IEEETransactions on Signal Processing 的18篇论文(含1篇ESI的highly-cited论文),和IEEE杂志:IEEETransactions Wireless Communications,IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic System,IEEE SignalProcessing Letters 的数篇论文。有关最优化算法、理论与分析的结果,发表在运筹学与最优化领域的顶级杂志如:SIAMJournal on Optimization(JCR一区),MathematicalProgramming: Series A,Mathematicsof Operations Research。为两本书以一作撰写章节(一本由CRC Press,另一本由Cambridge UniversityPress出版)。目前已有33篇论文被SCI检索。根据Google ScholarCitations数据,H-index为17,文章被引用次数为1120次 (至2016年9月)。论文合作者包括罗智泉教授, DanielPalomar, Antonio De Maio, Alfonso Farina等IEEE fellows, 以及张树中教授(美国),Wing-KinMa教授(香港)等。自主开发软件DCMP,提供矩阵秩一分解的特别算法,解决半正定规划低秩解的问题,具体研究情况和软件下载详见:http://www.ece.ust.hk/~eeyw/dcmp/paper.html。主持和参与过香港RGC研究项目、国家自然科学基金和其它科研项目。曾在两个国际会议上做过特邀报告(Invited Talk)。获得过2007年国际会议Workshop onOptimization and Signal Processing 2007最佳Poster奖。曾在意大利那不勒斯“腓特烈二世”大学为工学院研究生开设“凸优化理论与应用”课程,以及在香港浸会大学为本科生讲授两门课程。目前是IEEE高级会员、SIAM会员和美国数学会“MathematicalReviews”特邀评论员。曾为多个IEEE顶级杂志和最优化顶级杂志提供审稿服务。现任“IEEESignal Processing Letters”杂志的AssociateEditor。 教育背景: 1998年7月,重庆大学,信息与计算科学,学士 2000年7月,重庆大学,运筹学,硕士 2005年8月,香港中文大学,系统工程与工程管理学,博士 (Ph.D) 主要著作: [1] YongweiHuang, “Robust Beamforming Optimization for the Secondary Transmission in aSpectrum Sharing Cognitive Radio Network,” in Spectrum Sharing in WirelessNetworks: Fairness, Efficiency, and Security, J .D.
