杜宪，博士，大连理工大学副教授，博士生导师、硕士生导师，辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”青年拔尖人才。西北工业大学本硕博连读，美国克利夫兰州立大学联合培养博士，航空宇航科学与技术专业。
