研究领域

薄膜生长与制备:利用等离子体发射光谱(OES)、分子动力学等手段,研究磁控溅射、脉冲激光沉积(PLD)以及等离子体化学气相沉积(PECVD)过程中薄膜的生长行为,探究制备具有特定功能的氧化物及其它功能薄膜材料的优化工艺 功能薄膜物理性质: 研究宽禁带半导体,如ZnO、TiO2、NiO,钙钛矿氧化物,如LaBaCoO3等的光学、电学、磁学及电化学和光催化方面的性质,并借助第一性原理计算分析材料的电子和声子结构 光电薄膜器件:利用微纳加工技术制作薄膜型光电功能器件及气体、压力传感器,评价器件的综合性能等
