个人简介

一、大气压放电等离子体及应用: 1.1 大气压放电等离子体物理; 1.2 大气压放电等离子体流动控制; 1.3 等离子体隐身。 二、同轴枪强流脉冲放电等离子体及应用: 2.1 强流脉冲放电等离子体物理; 2.2 紧凑环(球马克)产生; 2.3 高速高密度等离子体与材料相互作用。 三、射频放电等离子体: 3.1 电感耦合等离子体物理; 3.2 双频驱动的非线性效应; 3.3 高密度高均匀性等离子体产生。
