个人简介
长聘教授,博士生导师,教育部长江学者青年学者,中国金属学会冶金青年科技奖获得者,入选辽宁省兴辽英才计划“青年拔尖人才”、辽宁省“百千万人才工程”、辽宁省高层次人才和沈阳市领军人才;兼任《轧钢》编委和J Iron Steel Res Int、《金属学报》、《钢铁研究学报》、《精密成型工程》等学术期刊青年编委;主持了国家自然科学基金项目4项(3项面上1项青年)、国家重点研发计划课题2项(课题负责人)及企业重大横向合作课题30余项。

长期从事高性能特殊钢和特种合金成型过程中的组织性能控制应用基础研究,在高性能耐磨钢合金设计与组织调控、超高强度结构钢组织性能控制与强韧机理等
