徐伟 职称: 教授 一、个人简历 徐伟,1979年10月生,轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室(东北大学)教授、博士生导师,科技部中青年科技创新领军人才、中组部'万人计划'科技创新领军人才、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金及联合基金重点支持项目获得者、NSFC-RS英国皇家学会中英牛顿高级学者、荷兰皇家科学协会年度最佳青年科学家。2009年博士毕业于荷兰代尔夫特科技大学材料科学与工程专业(优秀博士毕业生)。归国前历任安赛罗米塔尔全球研发中心研究员、高级研究员、荷兰代尔夫特科技大学助理教授。于2015年8月加入东北大学轧制技术与连轧自动化国家重点实验室。一直从事金属材料基因工程、先进高强钢的计算设计和产业化开发等工作,在基础研究和工程应用中都取得了一系列成果。 徐伟教授以材料基因工程理念为导向,系统性地考虑材料性能控制单元在全流程若干关键节点的演化特征与遗传性,建立了依据材料热力学、相变动力学及强韧化机理等冶金学物理原理的多尺度模型及定量优化准则,并引入遗传算法完成了超大规模解集范围内的高通量优化筛选,建立了‘基于冶金学物理原理和遗传算法的高通量集成计算设计方法’,实现了成分工艺设计、组织精确调控与关键性能预测评价的集成计算设计。在理论及方法研究的基础上,紧密结合结构材料的工程应用,形成了‘服务于飞机起落架的高强高韧马氏体时效不锈钢’以及‘服务于能源及航空的耐热耐火高强钢’两个示范性应用。并荣获2012年荣获荷兰皇家科学协会最佳青年科学家(Martinus van Marum Prize,面向所有自然科学与工程学科的年度唯一获奖者,每五年面向工程学科颁发一次)。徐伟教授在Acta Mater., Metall. Mater. Trans. A,Mater. Sci. Eng., Comp. Mater. Sci., Philos. Mag., J. Nucl.
