研究领域
菊属植物系统学、菊花花序演化、菊花抗逆育种及菊花发育的分子机理的研究:以菊科菊属植物为材料,综合运用形态学、解剖学、分子生物学、转录组学、基因组学、代谢组学等多种研究方法,从系统发育和性状演化两方面着手,开展(1)菊属植物的分子系统学和谱系地理学研究,(2)菊属植物头状花序的演化和发育调控机理;(3)菊花逆境基因的挖掘及功能研究;(4)菊花发育的基因组学研究和关键基因定位分析。
