主要从事人类病原酵母菌感染的研究。应用引起肺炎和脑膜炎酵母菌“隐球菌”与小鼠感染模型,探讨真菌金属铜离子,蛋白修饰,蛋白折叠等生物学过程参与真菌致病机制,为抗真菌感染药物的研发提供新思路
