江西南昌人，博士毕业于香港大学社会工作与社会行政系。曾赴荷兰乌特勒支大学、美国史密斯学院、芬兰东芬大学访学。主持的科研项目民政部部级课题自闭症儿童家庭的心理服务体系构建研究上海市团市委权益部委托课题自闭症儿童家庭的需求和干预上海市团市委权益部委托课题自闭症儿童权益保护
