个人简介
Alison obtained her BBiotech(Hons) from Flinders University during which time she discovered the field of drug metabolism. She continued to a PhD in genetic toxicology and further developed her interests in pharmacogenetics as a postdoctoral fellow, firstly at the Mayo Clinic and then at the John Curtin School of Medical Research at ANU. She joined UC in 2008 and continues to have broad research and teaching interests in the areas of pharmacology and toxicology. Since completing a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education she has also become interested in teaching methodologies to better integrate the basic sciences into clinical education.
