研究领域

聚合物成型过程数值模拟理论及应用 针对聚合物成型加工主要方式,利用多学科的交叉和渗透构造塑料成型过程的数学和力学模型,并采用数值方 法实现对成型全过程的分析和模拟,将聚合物成型加工过 程的控制和模具设计建立在科学定量的基础上。 聚合物成型及模具设计中跨尺度建模和计算 围绕复杂多场作用下聚合物材料不同层次形态结构的演变规律、成型过程中聚合物复杂流体的跨尺度计算理论、 成型后聚合物制品性能和服役行为的跨尺度分析等关键科 学问题开展研究,利用数值模拟和物理模拟,解决聚合物 结构制品的“成型“、“成性”、 “服役性” 和 “工艺控 制及模具优化” 等关键工程技术问题。 模具优化设计和制品质量控制理论与技术 将成型模拟系统、优化设计理论与模具设计方法有机结合,研究聚合物成型工艺的智能化控制和优化设计的理 论、方法和计算体系,建立基于多学科融合的注塑成型和模具优化体系,为现代注塑成型提供理论和技术依据,以 适应制备高精尖高聚物制品的需求。 国家战略领域所用聚合物制品的研制等 以具有战略性的高速铁路车辆、出舱宇航服和军机等特种聚合物制品的成型和模具设计为背景,重点开展恶劣 环境下防辐射、高光谱透过率、高低温环境下的高抗冲击 性能塑料件成型及模具设计制造技术等研发。为我国战略 用塑料件制造提供必要的理论储备和关键技术。
