研究领域

通过基因组学,转录组学结合蛋白质组学,发现昆虫中参与几丁质代谢的关键蛋白,并通过昆虫生理生化及分子生物学方法研究其生理功能,为农药的开发提供重要的前期理论基础。 应用针对几丁质代谢过程的关键基因,一方面设计高活性的dsRNA通过干扰这些基因的表达调控,实现害虫控制;另一方面对关键基因进行重组表达,制备出的大量高活性蛋白通过破坏昆虫几丁质,实现害虫控制
