研究领域

利用生物化学、基因组学及合成生物学等技术探索控制微藻脂质代谢的关键基因,转录因子或调节因子,来了解控制微藻体内脂质合成代谢的复杂调控网络。 探索如何利用所获得的知识来改造这些调控基因和代谢途径,使微藻能够生产出具有商业价值的脂质及衍生化合物。 微藻基因工程所需分子和遗传学工具的制备,开发高通量技术筛选技术来获得所需性状的微藻突变体。
