[1]^-^基因药物递送系统的开发和应用:通过设计合成安全高效的基因递送功能分子,构建了包载DNA的纳米输运载体,通过对DNA凝缩理论的系统和深入研究,实现了对包载凝缩DNA纳米运载体的尺寸、形状和形状的精准控制,在病灶部位实现了持续高效的表达药用蛋白。 [2]^-^克服血脑屏障的高渗透药物递送系统:针对脑退化疾病(阿尔海默病、帕金森病等)开发高效通透血脑屏障(BBB)的药物递送系统,实现靶向输送药物到神经元细胞或胶质细胞。
