研究领域

1:微纳流动与微纳机械 流体在微纳尺度上的行为,表现出与宏观流体截然不同、非凡的特性,引起了科学家们的广泛注意,在化学分析、神经科学、生命健康、传感检测、微纳化工、新药研发等多方面取得了瞩目的成就,是国际上研究的热点之一。课题组从微纳流体力学、胶体力学和传输过程等学科出发,研究微观、纳观流体的基本流动与扩散传质问题,通过微纳方法制造生物芯片,并进行优化和测试。与美国哥伦比亚大学(Columbia University)BioMEMS实验室 、美国洛克菲勒大学(Rockefeller University)神经生理与行为科学实验室 等展开国际合作,关注在蛋白质痕量探测与神经元给药等生物芯片中粒子的微纳传输过程,结合微纳机械设计理论、流体力学、热力学、粒子传输原理和表面与胶体力学等多学科的交叉,探索微纳生物芯片的基本设计理论与微观传递过程。研究基于微纳流动与扩散传质理论,建立生物芯片的微纳尺度集成模型,指导芯片的理论设计和优化、探索困扰实验摸索大量耗费时间和费用的现状问题。 2:真空干泵与真空机械 随着半导体芯片、太阳能电池、薄膜电子、食品包装、石油化工、分析仪器等行业的兴起和革新,干式真空泵(简称干泵)作为一种重要的产业装备,自“十一五”起,干泵被提升至国家核心战略装备的高度。干泵的设计理论与制造工艺,包含稀薄气体动力学和微间隙泄漏等抽气理论、复杂三维叶片的数字化建模、超高精度零件的数字化加工和检测、复杂零件表面的耐腐蚀涂层制备以及高转速矢量变频的电机技术等。
