学历 1999 年 9 月 ~2003 年 1 月 南京大学商学院企业管理专业，管理学博士； 1988 年 9 月 ~1991 年 2 月 西北工业大学自动控制理论专业，工学硕士； 1982 年 9 月 ~1985 年 7 月 江南大学工业自动化专业 工作经验 2004 年 12 月-2018 年 1 月 南京大学商学院市场营销系，副教授； 2003 年 9 月~2004 年 12 月 澳门科技大学行政与管理学院 助理教授； 1992 年 10 月―1999 年 9 月 江南大学经济管理系任教； 其间 2007 年 7-2008 年 5 月在香港航空担任人力资源总经理 2005 年 8 月 美国哈佛大学商学院访问进修 2000 年 7 月―2000 年 8 月 香港科技大学管理学院访问进修； 1996 年 10 月―1997 年 10 月 美国 Christopher Newport University 访问学者

研究项目 1.2009 年 1 月-2011 年 12 月，主持国家自然科学基金面上研究项目：“流动农民工群体策略 与情感承诺之间的关系研究”。 2、2016 年 1 月-2019 年 12 月，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目课题“高参与工作系统对员 工间帮助行为的影响：关系氛围的作用机制”研究。 3、2002 年参与国家自然科学基金重点课题“我国企业人力资源开发基础理论及其管理对策 研究”, 本人参与“我国人力资源管理现状调查及其比较研究”子课题研究。 4、2000 年参与科技部课题“我国高科技企业人才流动态势及其对策研究” 参与主报告撰写 工作。
