个人简介

黄勃,博士,1969年出生,教授,博士生导师,安徽省微生物防治重点实验室主任。安徽省森林保护和微生物防治领域专家,第十届安徽青年科技奖获奖人、省政府特殊津贴获得者。《菌物学报》和《中国生物防治学报》编委,教育部高校自然保护与环境生态类专业教学指导委员会委员。 1997.9-2001.8在中国科学技术大学就读分子生物学专业博士研究生,从事虫生真菌的分子系统学和分子分类的研究,获博士学位。2005.1-2007.1为Cornell大学植物病理系访问学者,从事虫霉目的分子系统学的研究。1995年至今,在安徽农业大学森林保护学教研室任教,历任助教、讲师,副教授和教授。 主持省级以上科技项目15项,其中国家级项目有8项,包括7项国家自然基金、1项林业行业公益性项目和1项教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。 曾获得安徽省自然科学一等奖(第三名,第六名)二项及省科技进步一等奖(第七名)、省科技进步二等奖(第六名)和省科技进步三等奖(第2名)各一项。目前在GenBank中注册了350多个虫生真菌DNA片断序列和10个功能基因的cDNA全序列,并运用分子生物学手段解决了一些虫生真菌长期存在的分类难题。发表真菌新属3个,新种15个,新组合23个。在全国分离鉴定了大量菌种,通过4套保藏系统妥善保藏了8000多株,是我国最大、名列世界前五位的虫生真菌保藏中心,为我国真菌杀虫剂生产企业提供了大量的优质生产菌株。近年来在世界上率先完成了绿僵菌基因组水平的miRNA、长链非编码RNA和DNA甲基化系统鉴定,确定和注释4个了绿僵菌非编码小RNA分子通路中的重要基因——2个Argonaute和2个Dicer的功能;从转录水平上揭示了孢子高温胁迫响应的分子机制。迄今已在国内外学术期刊发表菌物相关论文170多篇(SCI源期刊近70篇)。并被SCI论文引用在700次以上,其中他引超过550次。  主要教学经历与成果: 主要承担本科生“林木病理学”、硕士研究生“昆虫真菌学”和博士研究生“森林微生物生态进展”教学
