个人简介
汤沙,中国农业科学院科技创新工程杂粮等特色作物育种材料创制和新品种选育科研创新团队,以及谷子基因资源课题组成员。2004年9月至2008年7月在北京林业大学食品科学与工程专业本科学习;2008年9月至2014年6月在北京林业大学植物学专业攻读博士学位。2014年7月至今,在中国农业科学院作物科学研究所工作,担任助理研究员。
主要贡献:
在谷子中建立了利用全基因组重测序鉴定谷子突变体基因的技术体系,为谷子突变体致变基因的快速定位提供了有效工具。目前,本课题组已经利用此项技术成功鉴定十余个不同表型谷子突变体的致变基因。在谷子功能基因研究方面,作为主要研究人员,完成了谷子黄绿叶基因SiYGL1以及SiAGO1b基因的图位克隆及功能分析,是目前国际谷子科研领域少数已发表的基于正向遗传学的谷子功能基因组研究成果。截止2016年5月,主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,本科人才创新培养基金项目1项。共发表论文19篇,其中以第一作者/共同第一作者发表SCI论文6篇,第一/共一作者累积影响因子24.3。获得植物新品种权2项(第4完成人)。
