个人简介
1978年3月至1982年1月在北京农业大学农学专业学习。1982年2月至今在中国农业科学院作物科学研究所工作，期间于1987年8月～1988年7月赴IRRI开展种植制度合作研究， 1993年8月～1994年7月作为高级访问学者赴IRRI开展农作制度合作研究。
