个人简介

胡贤巧,女,博士,中国水稻研究所副研究员,浙江东阳人。2013年获浙江大学化学博士学位,同年7月进入中国水稻研究所农业农村部稻米及制品质量监督检验测试中心从事稻米品质评价研究。 主持浙江省自然科学基金项目、农业行业标准制定和修订项目等4项,参加国家自然科学基金、浙江省科技计划项目等多项。目前已发表SCI论文23篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者11篇;制定3项标准,其中颁布2项;授权发明专利4项。

研究领域

食品质量与安全,目前主要从事稻米品质形成机理、稻米品质智能评价、稻米品质快速评价等方面的研究工作。
