晶圆级(wafer-level),高质量的单晶Ge, GaAs等半导体在Si基底的外延生长。探索其光导,光电探测,传感等方面的应用。
单晶选择性外延生长。探索其空间构型和开发应用。
金属氧化物薄膜(如WO3, TiO2, VO2等)的电致变色,光致变色和绝缘体-金属相变的研究和应用开发。
利用噪音(noise measurement)探索材料的性质
