个人简介

寇艳君,1985年生,中国水稻研究所特聘研究员、博士生导师。长期以病原微生物和植物为研究对象,综合运用遗传学、基因组学、植物病理学和分子生物学等多学科交叉研究手段研究病原菌-宿主的互作。从多个层面解析了稻瘟菌-水稻互作的分子机制,研究结果在《Current Opinion in Plant Biology》、《journal of experimental botany》、《New Phytologist》和《Autophagy》等SCI杂志发表研究论文十余篇,论文总引用次数超过1300次,参与编写专著一部。 项目经费 2017-2023 “青年英才计划”,中国农业科学院 2017-2022 “创新工程”,中国农业科学院 2019-2021 稻曲病菌致病基因Uvt506的鉴定及功能分析,浙江省自然科学基金 工作经历 2017至今 特聘研究员 中国水稻研究所 2012至2016 博士后 新加坡淡马锡生命科学研究所 专利 专利公开号:CN102888408 A,水稻rad51c基因在育性控制中的应用;发明人:王石平、寇艳君;专利公开日:2013.1.23
