个人简介

女，1987年出生于湖南零陵。2008-2014年就读于中国科学院上海生物化学与细胞生物学研究所，获理学博士学位。同年在中国科学院上海生物化学与细胞生物学研究所进行博士后研究，研究神经退行性疾病相关蛋白质的致病分子机制。2017年5月起任复旦大学生命科学院生物物理系青年副研究员，从事神经退行性疾病与天然免疫交互调控的分子机制等研究工作

研究领域

神经退行性疾病（包括阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病与肌萎缩侧索硬化症等）与蛋白质错误折叠和淀粉样积聚密切相关。这类疾病的一个显著的共同特点是可以在特定的神经元中观察到由错误折叠蛋白质形成的不可溶的包涵体；疾病相关蛋白可以通过相互作用将细胞中其它分子也募集到包涵体中。 1.神经退行性疾病与天然免疫相互调控的分子机制 2.神经退行性疾病相关蛋白质的积聚物募集正常功能蛋白质的细胞效应
