个人简介

1999-2003年就读于复旦大学生命科学学院生物科学专业,获学士学位;2003-2008年就读于复旦大学生命科学学院遗传学专业硕博连读,获博士学位;2008-2012年进入复旦大学数理科技创新平台任助理研究员,期间2011-2012年赴英国伯明翰大学生命科学系进行学术访问;2012年进入复旦大学生命科学学院,2017年晋升副教授。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和2个面上项目。

研究领域

生物复杂网络拓扑结构研究(模块结构分析和网络演化模型);整合高通量组学数据,研究疾病发生发展的非编码RNA等表观遗传机制。主要从事细胞重编程和干细胞分化等细胞命运决定中的转录组和表观遗传组学分析,揭示了非编码RNA等表观遗传因素在细胞命运决定中的表观遗传调控网络
