个人简介

2001年本科毕业于上海大学生物工程学院,2001-2006于复旦大学遗传所攻读博士研究生,2006作为联合培养研究生在耶鲁大学公共卫生学院学习。2006年之后在美国耶鲁大学以博士后、助理研究科学家身份,从事虫媒疾病中,虫媒传播病原体机制的研究。2014年至今,复旦大学微生物系,任青年研究员、研究员。回国以后,获美国NIH RO1基金,优秀青年科学基金项目和国自然云南联合基金等项目支持。

研究领域

研究虫媒传染性疾病中媒介(蚊、蜱),共生菌和病原体(寄生虫、病毒)三者之间的相互作用关系,包括虫媒识别和防御病原体的机制,保护共生菌的机制,虫媒和共生菌之间的相互作用,共生菌和病原体之间相互作用的机制等
