个人简介

1998年于中国科学院生态环境研究中心获得博士学位，1998-2002年在北京师范大学和复旦大学从事博士后研究，2002年至今在复旦大学生命科学学院任教。主要学术兼职包括：中国动物学会理事，中国动物学会鸟类学分会副主任委员，中国生态学会动物生态专业委员会副主任委员，担任Ibis、Journal of Avian Biology、Avian Research等刊物的副主编/编委。主持国家自然科学基金重点、面上项目等科研项目20余项，发表SCI收录论文80余篇，Hindex=31。曾入选上海市青年科技启明星计划。科研项目人鸟冲突的发生原因、影响后果及减缓对策。国家自然科学基金面上项目，主持，2024-2027 从水鸟的栖息地利用探讨人工栖息地对种群维持的作用。国家自然科学基金面上项目，主持，2022-2025 候鸟迁徙活动的稳定性及其对环境变化的响应：以两种鹬类为例。国家自然科学基金重点项目，主持，2019-2023 获奖情况曾获上海市自然科学奖一等奖(2019年，排名第3)、教育部自然科学奖二等奖(2014年，排名第3)、上海市教学成果一等奖 (2009年，排名第3)、郑作新鸟类科学青年研究奖 (2008年)、上海市科技进步二等奖(2006年，排名第2)

研究领域

鸟类生态学。聚焦于栖息地生态学、迁徙生态学和保护生物学，从个体、种群和群落等层次研究环境变化对鸟类的影响以及鸟类对人类活动的响应
