个人简介
蔺瑞明,男,1972年出生于内蒙古包头市。1993年获得沈阳农业大学植物保护专业学士学位,1999年获得沈阳农业大学植物病理学专业硕士学位,2005年获得中国农业大学分子植物病理学专业博士学位。1993年至2001年在辽宁农业科学院作物研究所从事大豆抗孢囊线虫病育种研究;2005年至今在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所植物病害研究室工作,主要从事小麦抗条锈病分子遗传、大麦抗蠕孢菌叶斑病等叶部真菌病害的分子遗传与中间新抗源材料创制,麦类作物病原真菌致病力变异和适应逆境胁迫的应答机制。2006年和2011-2012年曾分别在西澳大利亚大学、西澳大利亚州农业部CLIMA中心和美国俄亥俄州立大学植物病理学系作访问学者。
先后主持2项国家自然科学基金项目和1项现代农业大麦青稞产业技术体系项目,参加国家自然科学基金项国际合作项目、国家“973”课题、863课题、农业公益性行业科研专项等项目。在我国小麦地方品种中筛选一批成株抗条锈病材料,并对主效抗病基因进行标记定位和转育利用;系统调查了我国大麦青稞主要病害发生和危害情况,新病害鉴定及其侵染途径研究,促进和推广抗病品大麦品种在病害防控中的应用;构建鉴别品种体系,分析平齐蠕孢菌等麦类作物病原真菌的致病力变异情况。在Plant Disease,Frontiers in Plant Science,Molecular Breeding等期刊发表SCI科研论文10余篇,在中文核心期发表论文20余篇,出版译著1部;获得农业部和中国农学学会颁发的“中华农业科技奖”一等奖1项(排名第15)。
