个人简介

2005年毕业于东北农业大学生命科学学院生物技术专业。2011年在中国农业科学院研究生院获理学博士学位。2011年8月进入中国农业科学院生物技术研究所博士后站，从事耐辐射微生物功能基因组研究工作。2011年赴美国，在亚利桑那大学做访问学者，从事耐辐射微生物功能代谢产物研究。2015至今中国农业科学院生物技术研究所副研究员。

研究领域

主要从事极端环境微生物抗逆功能基因组及微生物逆境胁迫响应分子机制的研究。分离与鉴定了多株具有抗旱、耐辐射等抗逆特性的菌株新种；完成了生防真菌全基因组注释，解析其杀虫功能重要次生代谢产物及合成途径；开展了耐辐射微生物重要抗逆基因的功能、表达调控方式和抗逆产物合成途径研究，并取得了较好的进展。
