个人简介

学历背景 2008年毕业于湖南农业大学食品科学与技术学院获博士学位,2008至2012年在长沙理工大学化学与生物工程学院(现化学与食品工程学院)任讲师、副教授、硕士生导师,2009至2011年在美国印第安纳大学医学院任博士后研究员,2012年引进到中南林业科技大学食品科学与工程学院工作。任副教授、教授,博士生导师,副院长(分管研究生、实验室工作)、稻谷及副产物深加工国家工程实验室专职副主任(2012至2014年)、粮油深加工与品质控制湖南省重点实验室副主任(2012年至今)。湖南省食品科学与技术学会常务理事,全国食品生产许可证审查员,国家职业技能鉴定公共营养师考评员。 学术简介 基础研究主要从事食品功能成分与健康的研究,研究内容涵盖与脂质代谢相关细胞、动物模型的建立;食物功能因子的分离、纯化;功能成分的筛选与鉴定;功能因子的作用机制与分子基础;功能基因组学和脂质组学等方面。近年来在Food&NutritionResearch、FoodResearchInternational、Food&Function、CancerTreatmentReviews、JournalofCancer、Anti-cancerDrugs等国际期刊上发表SCI论文30余篇,最高影响因子8.122。发表著作章节和评述2篇,获中国发明专利授权26项,获国家科技进步二等奖1项、湖南省科技进步一等奖2项、教育部科技进步二等奖1项、湖南省科技进步二等奖1项,湖南省优秀博士后。受邀担任10余种国际学术期刊的审稿专家。作为主持人承担国家公益性行业专项、博士后特别资助项目、省科技计划重点研发、教育厅科学研究重点项目等多项科研课题。 应用研究主要从事白酒相关研究,包括大曲、小曲、麦曲、麸曲、红曲等制曲技术研究;浓香、清香、米香、酱香等不同香型及果酒、保健酒的酿制技术研究,高级酿酒师,一级品酒师。现任华泽集团有限公司技术总顾问。
