1. 个人简介 阮海波,男,博士,主要从事光电功能材料与器件的研究工作,主持国家自然科学青年基金1项,中国博士后科学基金面上一等资助1项,重庆市科委基础与前沿项目2项,重庆市教委项目1项,主研国家国际科技合作专项1项;在J.
