2021-07至今,北京理工大学,集成电路与电子学院,教授,博士生导师 2018-07至2021-07,北京理工大学,信息与电子学院,教授,博士生导师 2013-08至2018-07,中国科学院物理研究所,研究员,博士生导师 2008-01至2013-08,中国科学院物理研究所,副研究员,博士生导师 2004-10至2008-01,德国马普协会斯图加特固体研究所,博士后,洪堡学者,合作导师:Klaus Kern 研究成果 长期从事新型电子材料与器件的制备及应用研究。近年发展新型外延生长技术,针对大功率器件与材料、低功耗超高密度信息存储等领域的瓶颈,开发基于新原理的新工艺,在原子尺度上针对新型电子材料及其异质结构的构建、性能测量和调控、器件设计和性能测试、以及应用等方面发展技术和开展研究。 主要研究成果包括在Nature、Nature Materials、Nature Electronics、Nature Physics、Nature Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Nano Lett.、ACS Nano等期刊发表论文多篇。英文书籍5个章节(1个为书籍封面)。被引8000余次,其中单篇最高他引1000多次,曾入选“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”。多项工作被Nature及其子刊作为研究亮点报道,获得国际重要学术会议30多次邀请报告。 曾获得的荣誉或者奖励包括中国科学院50篇优秀博士论文(2005年)和全国优秀博士学位论文提名论文(2006年),并获得德国“洪堡”奖学金,基金委优秀青年基金(2012年),中国科学院杰出科技成就奖(2013年,集体奖,主要贡献者),国家重点领域创新团队主要成员(2014年,光电材料新效应和器件创新团队),北京市科学技术二等奖(2015年,第四完成人),国家杰出青年基金(2017年),EPS(欧洲物理学会)邀请报告人奖(2017年),科技部中青年科技创新领军人才(2018年),中国物理学会胡刚复物理奖(2019年)等。现为 Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter等期刊编委;多个学术期刊如 Nature子刊、Physical Review、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Adv. 微纳量子结构、物理与器件。在原子尺度上研究新型微纳量子结构的构建、物性测量和调控、器件设计和性能测试,以及基础应用等;主要聚焦原子制造、原子分辨成像及谱学、电子自旋等量子物态测量、量子信息器件(存储及处理),类脑及仿生信息器件等
