教学成果
长期从事材料学教学与科研工作,在课程教学方法创新、课程思政、创新创业与人才培养方面取得突出成果。长期参与教师发展与培训工作,受聘学校本科教学督导专家组成员、学校一流课程建设指导专家、“鸿鹄学堂”新教师教学技能培养专家。以负责人获批国家一流课程1项,北京市优质本科课程1项,教育部在线教育中心“拓金计划”课程1项,所负责教学团队被评为全国石油和化工教育优秀教学团队;本人获首届全国化工与材料类专业教师教学创新大赛一等奖、第三届北京高校教师教学创新大赛课程思政赛道二等奖、首届全国高等院校化工类教师课程思政能力大赛特等奖等奖励;承担国家、省部级教改项目7项,获省部级教学成果一等奖1项,发表各类教改论文12篇。获ISW、FDW国际证书,ISW工作坊引导员,校本教学工作坊团队成员。所指导学生获得“徐特立奖学金”、“国家奖学金”、“工信创新创业奖学金”、“周发岐奖学金”、 “北京市优秀本科毕业论文”、“北京市优秀毕业生”等奖励70余项。所指导学生获国家及省部级“互联网+”、“挑战杯”创新创业大赛奖励21项;本人6次被评为国家、省部级优秀指导教师。
