1.药物代谢研究包括:体内外药物代谢产物和代谢途径的鉴定;药物代谢酶的诱导和抑制评价;药物代谢性相互作用;临床前药物代谢动力学等。
2.质谱技术的应用:采用高分辨质谱技术筛选生物样品中的代谢产物等。
