研究领域
1.天然产物的抗真菌活性研究:
对从苔藓、地衣及地衣内生真菌中得到的化学成分进行抗真菌活性筛选,并对其抗真菌的作用机理从分子层次上进行揭示。
2.真菌耐药的机理研究:
寻找真菌耐药基因,筛选克服真菌耐药的小分子,并对其耐药逆转机理进行研究。
3.真菌耐受的调控机制研究:
耐受不同与耐药,它是复发性感染的重要原因之一,耐受调控机理的揭示对于针对性设计克服耐受的药物具有重要的指导意义。
